Private Yoga Sessions

      During a yoga session, we must understand that the practice of it is so much more than stretching or strengthening the body. Yoga also involves breathing, visualization, mindfulness and meditation techniques that enhance relaxation, and decrease stress, anxiety and pain. It also improve focus, mental clarity, stability and composure. Private yoga sessions are available for anyone. They can be done sitting in a chair, against a wall or a yoga mat. Props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows are provided to help the student be in a comfortable and aligned and balanced state. We teach the student what yoga really is and how to practice it safely, effectively and with confidence. The yoga teacher will also assemble a personalized yoga flow or methods that the student can take home with them to incorporate into their own self-care routine giving them a sense of control and empowerment over their own state of well-being.
